Choosing Size

  1. Measure your wall. Artwork should fill 60-75% of available space.
  2. Think about viewing distance. Close (3-5 feet): 8.5" × 11" or 13" × 19". Medium (5-8 feet): 13" × 19". Far (8+ feet): 24" × 36".
  3. Match to room. Small rooms → 8.5" × 11". Medium rooms → 13" × 19". Large spaces or commercial → 24" × 36".
  4. Account for framing. 8.5" × 11" prints have 16" × 20" mats. 13" × 19" have 18" × 24" mats. ChromaLuxe 24" × 36" needs no mat. More on printing.

  4. Size needs. Need 24" × 36"? Limited edition only. Smaller works? Open editions.

Lighting
