Processing and Shipping: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from California (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays).

Free Domestic Shipping: Available for orders $65+.

Returns/Exchanges: Accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
